To celebrate Rembrandt’s birthday on July 15, the Rijksmuseum has published their entire collection of Rembrandt’s drawings and paintings online.
The project shares high-resolution images accompanied by insight from Rembrandt expert Peter Schatborn and Head of the Rijksmuseum Printroom Jane Turner. The online platform also features a tool for downloading images or saving them on your museum account called your Rijksstudio, and you can even order a print directly from the image view.
The total collection consists of 64 everyday drawings, biblical scenes, and landscapes, and it is considered to be the most important collection of Rembrandt in the world.
