Irish artist Jan Campbell sees artistic potential in the avocado pits most consumers throw away, and her avocado stone carvings unleash the potential inside each seed.
Since 2014, Campbell has been making unique and intricate carvings out of the stones from the avocados she eats. Her online business, called Avocado Stone Faces, features folkart-inspired designs including Celtic Chieftan, Guardian of the Forest, Fertility Totem, and more.
